IN PROGRESS.....
I felt that it was supposed to be the next step in my journey toward a research career in aerospace sciences, and after completing the program, my future plans were to pursue a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering. The BS Aerospace engineering believes that through my diligence, hard work, and willingness to adapt to different perspectives, I can achieve the goals that I set for myself in terms of XYZ. MS in Aerospace Engineering was from the beginning very clear there was no better program to do my Ph.D. This course from A-Z would have helped to strengthen my knowledge for pursuing additional training/research after graduate studies in avionics.
The course has given me an all-around knowledge about aerospace technologies including topics such as Aerodynamics, Flight Mechanisms, Aircraft Design, Propulsion Engines, etc. Aparna Sakhares bachelors degree has provided me with a piece of extensive knowledge in aerospace technologies which has kept me abreast with the latest developments.
To nourish my interests, I worked hard to get an undergraduate course, specializing in Aerospace Engineering, from Petroleum & Energy Research University, Dehradun, rated one of the best Engineering colleges in North India. Realizing the need for a favorable environment for nurturing my interests, I worked hard to secure admission to an undergraduate program majoring in aerospace engineering at Karunya University, Coimbatore which is rated as one of the best engineering colleges in South India. It will not be overstated to say that the pursuit of aerospace would become one of the biggest triggers of my lifelong fascination with science and technology, one which continued throughout my high school years and culminated with a graduate course in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Economics.
These were the start of my love for and interest in pure research. I completed my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Hasmukh Goswami College of Engineering in 2013, achieving an 8.05 (distinguished) CGPA, because of my fascination for working on each and every machine around me. My fascination for the subjects studied, like fluid mechanics attracted me because it contains concepts about the flow and movement of liquids, which is related to my love of aerodynamics. In my 3rd year in my Bachelor's course, I gained in-depth knowledge about the workings and processes of internal combustion engines through experiments conducted at our College laboratory equipped with the latest equipment. In my graduate course, I learned about broader aspects of Aerospace Engineering that started from the copious portions of mathematics and physics, then the application of the same to Aerospace-specific topics.
I am applying for an MS degree in aerospace engineering, with plans to do a Ph.D. and devote my life to my love for research. In high school, mathematics and science were subjects that I was always fascinated by. I am eager to get academic and research experience in the Aerospace Engineering field, and believe the M.S program in Aerospace Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, together with the University of Technology Munich, offers me good opportunities for learning and working with some of the best-known professors of those fields. Academic background Since 2007, I pursued Aerospace Engineering enthusiastically in the KBN College of Engineering affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, one of the prestigious and best institutions for providing technical education in India. I am sure the Master's Programme from the prestigious ABC university will strengthen my wings for flying to the heights of success.
I also looked at numerous top-level positions which require an engineer of diverse talents and offer good starting salaries, and I am sure after obtaining a bachelor's from reputable university names, I will be more than qualified for these positions and will recover the investment that my parents made into me studying. As a result, I would like to become part of the University name in order to pursue my master's in mechanical engineering. I am confident that my Statement of Purpose displays the qualities required to gain acceptance into a Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering from University Name.
The attached statement of purpose demonstrates my wish to advance my career by earning my Masters in Mechanical Engineering at Your University. For similar reasons, learning, rather than publications, has driven my project choices and experiences during my undergraduate education. With its robust aeronautical department, known for excellent facilities, your university would be an ideal location for me to conduct post-graduate studies. An advanced degree would not only advance my career, but it would also help keep me at the forefront of aerospace. I will be able to bridge the gap between efficient technologies and industrial engineering, should I decide on mechanical engineering as a major.
This is also one of the exact reasons that MS Aerospace Engineer wanted to do his Masters in XYZ, given the infrastructure and quantum of research being done on composites here. One reason why I became an engineer was the sheer joy of building things from scratch. In fact, it is what Aparna Sakhare has always wanted to learn from aerospace, but sadly, I did not get a chance to learn it in India.
This thought inspired me most and made me curious about learning about the fields of aviation and aerospace, resulting in me pursuing a career as an Aeronautical Engineer. After being informed by my professors of the rigorous curriculum of an MS in Aerospace Systems Engineering (ASE) from the University of Alabama, Huntsville, and the exposure that I would gain from meeting with leading-edge members of aerospace fraternities, I was not hesitant in choosing this course to do my post-graduate studies. Interactions with senior engineers were critical to shaping my perceptions about how various theories are applied on an industrial level.
